Rain-Delays and Cancellation/Refund Policy

•Delay or Cancellation of an Event
There are no refunds or exchanges for cancellations due to an act of God (weather, earthquake, hurricane etc.), venue structure issues, war, fire, civil disobedience, any acts of government, customer inability to obtain transportation, terrorism, strike, lockout or other labor disputes. There are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges for delayed events. We are not responsible for time changes or the rescheduling of an event. If an event is postponed, the original tickets will generally be honored for the new date and time of the event.

If one day's play is cancelled or postponed, tickets purchased for that date may not be honored for another day’s play or redeemed for tickets that would. There would be no refund given in this situation. In the event of delay or cancellation of play, The Gathering at 2 will still be held on the day that the tickets we purchased for.

Rain delays can be very common during this time of year, but will rarely cancel a whole day of play. If as little as one complete hole is played by a single golfer, a full day of the event will be considered to have taken place. This means that once a ball is hit off a tee, that day will be considered played. Gathering at 2 will not be held liable for loss of enjoyment.

•Customer Cancellations
Customers cannot cancel their order, receive a refund, or exchange tickets once payment is received. The reason for this policy is because we are guaranteeing specific badges for you.

Rules:

• Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
• No alcoholic beverages will be served to those under 21 (proper identification required)
• No firearms or weapons of any kind permitted
• Bartender reserves the right to restrict alcohol consumption for those deemed intoxicated
• No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the pool area, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian (additional pool rules will be posted and must be followed)
• Badge must be returned before 7:30 PM the day of issuance (additional charges will apply to badges not returned)
• Rules are subject to change and will be enforced each day of the event
